On July 1st, the Party Committee of Chenglai Electric Technology Co., Ltd. organized all Party members to go to the Iron Man Wang Jinxi Memorial Hall and Petroleum Science and Technology Museum in Daqing City to carry out a significant "Inheriting the Iron Man Spirit, Praising the Century of Brilliance" themed Party Day activity, aiming to learn from the Iron Man Spirit and explore the inheritance power of the red gene.
Following the footsteps of the Iron Man, tempering our original aspirations in the echoes of history
On the morning of July 1st, all party members solemnly took the oath of joining the party at the square of the Iron Man Wang Jinxi Memorial Hall in Daqing City. When we step into the Iron Man Wang Jinxi Memorial Hall, what catches our eyes is the resolute statue of Iron Man, as if it takes us back to that passionate and burning era. The rich exhibits, precious historical materials, and realistic scene reconstructions in the museum vividly showcase Wang Jinxi's struggle from a poor oil worker to a "iron man". Subsequently, under the guidance of the guide, we visited themed exhibition halls such as "Unyielding Childhood", "Sincere Service to the Country", and "Hard Work and Entrepreneurship", focusing on learning about Wang Jinxi's struggle process of "preferring to live twenty years less, but desperately trying to win the big oil field". By watching the restored scene of Iron Man jumping into the mud pit and stirring the mud, and touching the real-life objects of "dry base", it deeply shocked the hearts of every party member. Everyone deeply understands the core of the Iron Man spirit of patriotism, entrepreneurship, pragmatism, and dedication. They also deeply understand the patriotism contained in the spirit of Iron Man, which is not only the spiritual pillar of Daqing oil workers, but also the vivid embodiment of the red gene of the CPC people, and the inheritance of revolutionary ideals and beliefs.
During his visit to the cultural wall, the chairman of the company, Wang Xiquan, emphasized the importance of "not forgetting the Party when talking about progress, not forgetting the masses when talking about skills, not forgetting the majority when talking about achievements, not forgetting oneself when talking about shortcomings, and not cutting off history when talking about the present." He emphasized the need to transform the spirit of the Iron Man into a powerful driving force for enterprises to overcome difficulties. "Doing is Marxism Leninism; not doing is not Marxism Leninism at all." All party members and cadres should practice their original mission in promoting high-quality development of enterprises with a solid work style of "three elders and four stricts" and "four similarities.
Exploring the forefront of technology and calibrating coordinates in the process of technological fission
At the Petroleum Science and Technology Museum, party members visited exhibition areas such as "History of Daqing Oilfield Development" and "Intelligent Oil Extraction Equipment" to learn about the transformation experience of Daqing Oilfield from "manual warfare" to "digital empowerment". Through a deep understanding of the development process of China's petroleum industry from scratch and from weakness to strength, we can see generation after generation of petroleum professionals inheriting the spirit of "iron man", constantly innovating and advancing, overcoming technological difficulties, and making outstanding contributions to ensuring national energy security. This kind of inheritance is the continuation of the spirit of courage to strive and self-improvement in the red gene. Through immersive experiences of the "digital oilfield" sand table and watching demonstrations of deep drilling technology, party members have gained a deeper understanding of "technology as the primary productive force" and further strengthened their confidence in promoting digital transformation and intelligent transformation of enterprises.

Through this theme party day activity, all party members deeply realized that private enterprises under the leadership of the CPC have always been an important part of the development of the party and the country, and further enhanced their confidence in upholding ideals and beliefs, being loyal to the party and the people, being brave in their work, struggling hard, pioneering and innovative, and political consciousness to follow the party's words

Seriously study the style of the "Three Elders", "Four Strictnesses" and "Four Similarities" of the Iron Man, and inject spiritual power into promoting the intelligent manufacturing of transformers and the research and development of green power equipment.
The Party Committee of Chenglai Electric will take this event as a new starting point, continue to deepen the "Party building+" work mode, strive to transform the advantages of red resources into advantages for enterprise development, ensure that the loyalty of "iron core to the Party" is highlighted in ideological and political construction, the contribution of "iron shoulder responsibility" is demonstrated in reform and innovation practice, and the contribution of "iron blood attack" is reflected in serving the national energy security strategy.
