     Comrade Sui Mingli expressed appreciation for the achievements of Chenglai Electric in technological innovation and talent cultivation, and encouraged the enterprise to continue to play a leading role in the industry and make greater contributions to local economic development. The inspection team also visited the company's union workers' home, research and development center, as well as the largest 220 kV experimental center and production workshop in Jilin Province. They were deeply impressed by the company's automated production lines and intelligent equipment, and affirmed the construction of the union.

   During the visit, Comrade Sui Mingli specifically pointed out that the measures taken by Chenglai Electric to promote the improvement of industrial workers' skills are of great significance for enhancing the technical level and competitiveness of the entire industry.
